Based in the centre of Solihull, I am an experienced Acupuncturist and Somatic Experiencing Practitioner with over 20 years of clinical experience. I offer a calm, thoughtful approach to care, grounded in strong professional standards and a deep respect for each person’s individual journey.
My work is rooted in a Daoist understanding of health and wellbeing, honouring the body’s innate capacity to heal, regulate, and find balance. I support long-term health, resilience, and wellbeing by working gently with the body rather than trying to force change.
Whether you’re living with persistent pain, stress, trauma-related symptoms, or something new that’s causing concern, sessions are tailored to your needs and paced with care. My intention is to create the conditions in which your body can safely restore balance over time.
